Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Denkoval.com for your mental health support. I strive to offer compassionate and professional services. Please read the policy below regarding refunds and cancellations.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance without any charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee.

Refunds

Since the service provided is time-based and tailored for each individual, refunds are not generally available once the session has taken place.

However, if there was a technical issue (e.g. failed video call connection) or another valid concern, please contact me within 48 hours of your scheduled session to discuss a possible partial refund or rescheduling.

Packages and Prepaid Sessions

If you have booked a package of multiple sessions:

You can request a refund for any unused sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice before the next scheduled appointment.
A partial refund will be issued for the unused portion, minus any sessions already attended.

Special Circumstances

In exceptional cases (e.g. personal emergency or illness), individual considerations may apply. Please reach out to discuss the situation.
