Compatibility Counselling

Finding “your person” isn’t just about love – it’s about deep self-awareness and mutual alignment.

🔍 Struggling to find a partner you can truly build a future with?

In our sessions, we’ll explore the emotional and practical aspects of your relationship challenges, uncover internal blocks, and dive into the realities of modern dating. I approach this topic not only as a professional therapist but also as someone who has personally walked this path.

✨ A Personal Journey Toward Compatibility

After a painful divorce at 28, I began exploring relationship dynamics deeply. I dated extensively, driven by one question:

  • Why do some relationships fall apart over time?

  • What truly makes two people compatible?

Over the years, I developed my own compatibility framework — shaped by research, personal experience, and trial and error. It helped me find the partner I had been searching for. We’ve now been happily married for over 9 years.

📖 I share this experience in my book:

“Conscious Search for Love: An In-depth Exploration of Compatibility in a Romantic Relationship”

🔄 The 4 Dimensions of Compatibility

Incompatibility can show up in several key areas:

  1. Emotional: Unhealthy emotional dynamics, attachment patterns, or recurring conflicts.
  2. Sexual: Lack of attraction, mismatched needs, or incompatible sexual values.
  3. Personality: Clashing temperaments or struggles to truly connect on a daily basis.
  4. Existential: Different life goals, values, or visions for the future.

⚠️ Reality check: Compatibility in one or two areas can make us ignore deeper mismatches elsewhere – until problems resurface.

💬 Common client experiences — and mine too:

  • There’s strong sexual chemistry (#2), but outside the bedroom, things feel off emotionally, personally, or spiritually (#1, #3, #4).

  • The relationship starts great (#3), the attraction is there (#2), but over time, you grow apart in values or patterns turn toxic (#1, #4).

  • You’re stable as a couple (#1, #3, #4), share core values, and don’t fight — but intimacy is fading (#2).

🧠 What You’ll Gain from Compatibility Counselling
